TWO PATHWAYS

Do you have a group, or a course?

It changes the conversation. Nothing to report against — run one and see what your people do. A course or a KPI to answer to — we slot in, and the assessment evidence comes with it.

A · Run one first 01

A group of people, nothing you have to report against

Year-group events, student club competitions, innovation weeks, junior camps. Nothing here answers to a syllabus. The value is what participants went through, and what they still remember afterwards.

  • Four people per company, dozens of companies chasing the same customers
  • Supply dries up on day 3: pay spot prices, or halt for two days and find a new supplier
  • By the end everyone knows who carried their side and who only talked

For: student clubs, year-group innovation weeks, youth business summits

See what actually happens
B · Slot into a course 02

A course to teach, or a KPI to answer to

For-credit university modules, corporate L&D, government and innovation-park training. Here you have to say where it slots in, what it assesses, and what the marks rest on.

  • A 10–14 week module, or 2–5 days intensive, built around your teaching calendar
  • Mapped subtopic by subtopic against CAIE 9609 and IB B&M: what gets practised, and what does not
  • Standard edition up: one competency report per participant, usable as coursework evidence in place of a term paper

For: for-credit university courses, corporate L&D, innovation-park programmes

INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

A way of thinking that leaves the room with them

An industrial-grade business simulation for corporate L&D, university entrepreneurship programmes and innovation-park training.

The hard part comes after the session ends

Most training outside someone's direct job loses its window the moment they walk out. What survives is vocabulary, not method. The gap we work on is that one: what people take away should be a way of breaking a problem down and deciding.

01

Build the whole-business view

R&D, operations, finance and sales sit on one supply chain and constrain each other. One person decides; the other three see the consequence immediately. It is the only way a classroom actually dismantles a departmental silo.

02

Decide inside a market that moves

Suppliers raise prices together, demand turns, inventory sits. These are not discussion prompts — they are happening, and the response is due in minutes. Decisions made under that pressure are the ones people remember.

Corporate L&D case

EY China — Technology Risk consulting team

One hundred and twenty people across three levels in the same room. Partners played angel investors; middle managers ran the floor and coached; junior staff ran companies in teams of four — and had to compile their trading data into a deck and pitch those "investors" for operating capital. Teams were deliberately mixed, and most people took on a function they do not do day to day.

"I walked in from outside and it was two different atmospheres — inside the room the energy was extraordinary, everyone was completely in it."
