Cultivating innovative, pragmatic
finance, consulting, and entrepreneurial talent
However well business gets taught, students have still never actually run one — that is the gap FE (Future Entrepreneur) works on. So we built a market that runs on its own: dozens of companies interlocked along a single supply chain, prices set by whoever is buying and selling. Nobody is out of pocket, but the number on the P&L is real.
PRINCIPLES
Three things we will not give up
Not a list of teaching principles. Three things that, if they failed, would leave nothing here worth running.
Every figure traces back to a transaction
Any movement on the P&L can be traced: who raised a raw-material price, which line hit capacity, how far a rival cut. Thousands of formulas underneath, 1.48 trillion market permutations — run it three years running with the same cohort and they will never meet the same game twice.
You are allowed to run the company into the ground
Bad strategy, cash running out, outright bankruptcy — the system lets all of it happen, and keeps a record of every step so it can be walked back through. The cost is a number on a balance sheet, not anyone's tuition. It is the cheapest failure a student will ever get.
Prices are shouted, not set
Sales, channel, operations and finance each hold part of the authority and part of the information. Your opposition is not a preset curve — it is the four people at the next table, and they will raise prices together, and follow you down when you cut.
EVOLUTION & TIMELINE
12 Years of Evolution: Code to Industrial System
Every leap forward aims to bring the simulation closer to the real business world.
The Origin and "FE Basic Curriculum"
Partnered with early business clubs at Fuzhou No.8 and Zhenhai Middle Schools, launching the 1st-gen curriculum. Martin and student #1 initiated the gamified education experiment.
National Summits and Club Incubator
Expanded from Hangzhou nationwide. Helped students found notable high school business orgs like Onebiz, BRC, and EBE. Our summer nationals became a hub for hundreds of young innovators.
System 3.0: 12-Dimension Engine
Released the 3.0 architecture with multi-school analysis, DuPont analysis, and dynamic supply-demand models. Reports became a key evaluation basis for sponsors and universities.
Industrial 4.0 Full-Scenario Delivery
Formed a full matrix (Standard, Pro, Lite, Guided). Delivered 500+ sessions across 40+ cities, maintaining an aggregate NPS of +45.
CORE VALUES
The Foundation of Our Actions
These five words are there on the photograph of the very first cohort, in 2015. They are still what we hire and judge by — business is not only about winning and margins, it is about what you pick when the choice is hard.
